First Year Arrowman Award
History and Purpose
The First Year Arrowman Award is intended to help new Arrowmen get a jump on becoming active members of our Lodge.
Requirements
In order to earn this award, an Arrowman must complete the following requirements within 12 months (1 year) of induction):
- Attend a minimum of 3 chapter meetings.
- Attend at least 2 lodge events.
- Participate in a lodge leadership development course.
- Participate in a Lodge or Chapter Service project.
- Participate in a Lodge or Chapter committee.
- Complete the requirements for Brotherhood Membership.
- Attend an Ordeal Ceremony as a member.
- Participate in a Brotherhood Ceremony.
