First Year Arrowman Award

History and Purpose

The First Year Arrowman Award is intended to help new Arrowmen get a jump on becoming active members of our Lodge.

Requirements

In order to earn this award, an Arrowman must complete the following requirements within 12 months (1 year) of induction):

  1. Attend a minimum of 3 chapter meetings.
  2. Attend at least 2 lodge events.
  3. Participate in a lodge leadership development course.
  4. Participate in a Lodge or Chapter Service project.
  5. Participate in a Lodge or Chapter committee.
  6. Complete the requirements for Brotherhood Membership.
  7. Attend an Ordeal Ceremony as a member.
  8. Participate in a Brotherhood Ceremony.
